When you complete the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, town or postcode, and the details you write about the work required. If you call or email us we hold the contact details and job details you provide.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote, carry out agreed work and keep a record of that work. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where it is necessary to complete work you have asked us to do, or where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as needed to follow them up. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as needed to support any guarantee on that work and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what is needed to display pages and to embed a map from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when the map loads. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
