Who We Help And What We Do
Peak Performance Roofing & Property Maintenance works for homeowners and landlords across Leeds and the surrounding Yorkshire towns. Most people who call are dealing with one of three situations: a roof that has started letting water in, a roof that has reached the end of its working life and needs replacing, or a property they are responsible for that needs the roof, chimney and rainwater goods keeping sound.
The business has been a trusted name for over 35 years. It was founded by Davin's father, David Price, and passed down with the same values it was built on — quality workmanship, honest advice, and doing the job properly rather than quickly. Davin Price has spent 25 years in the roofing trade himself, learning from the ground up and continuing to build on the reputation his dad established.
The specialism is the whole roof and the fabric around it, not one narrow product. New pitched roofs in tile and slate, new flat roofs in EPDM, felt and other systems, roof repairs and maintenance, leak tracing, chimney stack repairs, rebuilds and removals, ridge repointing, general brickwork repointing, fascias, soffits and guttering, and damp proofing. Where a property needs a formal inspection instead of a quote, a paid roof survey is available in full and small formats.
Work is carried out daily across Leeds, Huddersfield, Halifax, Bradford, Wakefield, Harrogate, Wetherby, Selby and Doncaster. Being based in Leeds and covering a defined patch means we are usually working near you already, which is what makes a free site visit practical rather than a favour.

Diagnose before quoting
No price is given over the phone. Every job starts with a free site visit so the price matches the actual defect, not a guess from a description.
Fix the cause, not the stain
A leak is traced to where water is entering, which is often several metres from the damp patch inside. Patching the symptom is what brings people back next winter.
Say what is not covered
The 10-year guarantee applies to new works — new pitched roofs and new flat roofs. Small repairs and maintenance works are not covered by it, and we say so before you commit.
One accountable person
Davin runs every job personally and brings in experienced tradespeople when a job needs more hands. The person who quoted the work is the person answerable for it.
Manufacturer systems, installed to spec
Approved installer for Firestone, Sika and GP Roofs flat roofing systems, with manufacturer-backed guarantees available on some systems depending on brand and materials.
Available when roofs fail
Roofs fail in weather, at night and at weekends. The phone is answered 24 hours and emergency call-out is available from £250.
